Hello! I’m Matthew, an enthusiastic Physiotherapist dedicated to helping you maintain an active lifestyle and overcome injuries.
I hold a BSc in Sports Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my memberships with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Health Care Professional Council (HCPC), ensuring that my care is regulated and based on the latest evidence-based research.
My experience in Physiotherapy includes senior roles working with football clubs such as QPR FC and Ipswich Town FC. I’ve also had the unique experience of providing Physiotherapy to a well-known Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI), traveling with their family throughout Europe. This has enriched my professional journey, allowing me to bring my expertise to diverse settings.
In addition to my private practice, I still hold part time positions within the NHS as a First Contact Practitioner. This role allows me to establish close links with Orthopaedic consultants and other medical experts.
I specialise in the treatment of lower limb injuries and spinal conditions. My approach is holistic, considering not just the physical aspects of recovery but also the emotional and lifestyle factors that contribute to overall well-being.
Continuing education is a priority for me. I regularly attend CPD events to stay updated on the latest advancements in Physiotherapy. This ensures that I can provide my patients with the most effective and up-to-date treatments available.
Outside of work, I have a young family and enjoy staying active through swimming, cycling, and weight training. I also have a passion for running and I am excited to have signed up to the London 2025 marathon.
