Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries
At your first appointment, we take a full history and perform a thorough physical examination to understand your injury and overall health. We assess posture, movement, strength, and joint function to provide an accurate diagnosis. Your treatment plan may include tailored exercise programs, manual therapy, and other hands-on techniques specific to your needs. We treat a wide range of conditions — from back, neck, and joint pain to sports injuries and post-surgical rehab — and are happy to advise if you’re unsure whether physio is right for you.

Book NowRadial Shockwave Therapy (r-ESWT)
Radial Shockwave Therapy (r-ESWT) is a non-invasive, outpatient procedure using acoustic pressure waves to treat chronic musculoskeletal pain, such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinopathy. It increases blood flow, breaks down scar tissue, and stimulates tissue healing. Sessions usually take 10–15 minutes, with full results within 3–6 sessions.
How It Works Mechanism: A pneumatic system launches a projectile within a handheld applicator to generate pressure waves. Wave Pattern: Unlike focused shockwave therapy, radial shockwave disperses pressure waves superficially (highest energy at the skin surface), making it ideal for large-area or shallow tissue treatment. Action:Radial Shockwave Therapy (r-ESWT) is a non-invasive, outpatient procedure using acoustic pressure waves to treat chronic musculoskeletal pain, such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinopathy.
